Mr. Clarence Bosompim Coleman is a  Chief Stool Lands Officer and Director of Research and Statistics.  He started as an Assistant Stool Lands Officer in the Western Region, having completed his National Service in 1998 with the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands (OASL).

He was the first Regional Officer in the Northern Region where he established the Regional Office in 2002 and also acted briefly as the Regional Stool Lands Officer for the Greater Accra Region in 2008.

He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and holds an M.A. in Development Studies from the University of Ghana in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Judiciary Training Institute of Ghana.

Coleman has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Customary Interventions of the Office, notably Customary Land Secretariats (CLS), Rural Parcel Rights Demarcation (RPRD), Customary Boundary Demarcation (CBD) and Ascertainment of Customary Law on Land and Family (ACL) under the Ghana Land Administration Project which the Office played a crucial role.

He has attended and facilitated a number of courses both local and foriegn. In 2017 he co-presented a paper at the annual conference of the World Bank on Land and Poverty in the United State of America.

Mr Coleman is very versatile, as though a Land Economist by profession he designed the Official logo of the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands.
