Head of Accounts

Mr Richard Aduaam entered the Civil Service in the year 2007 as a staff of the Controller and Accountant General’s Department as a Principal Accounts Technician (PAO).

He was posted to the then Akuapem South Municipal Assembly, now Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly where he did his National Service.  He then proceeded to the Upper Manya District Assembly, Asesewa to deputize the District Finance Officer in 2014.  He was later posted to Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands in 2016 to be the Regional Accountant for the Eastern and Oti regions.  Mr Richard Aduam is a fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – UK; a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana.  He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Taxation – Ghana.

He holds an MBA in Finance and B. Com in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast, the Trinity College and University, Malaga – Spain.

He is an ardent member of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana and fellowships with Calvary Presby Congregation at Cannery Quarters – Nsawam.  He is married with two (2) daughters.
