Head of Human Resources & Administration

Ms. Angelina Afeafa Mensah is an Administrative Officer and Human Resource Practitioner with the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands in the Eastern and Oti Regions.

Prior to joining the Office, she worked with the Ministry of Roads and Highways Training Centre in Koforidua as a Programme Officer. She joined the Office in August, 2022 as the Head of Administration and Human Resource at the Regional Office and supervises units such as General Administration, Human Resource, Transport and Procurement.

Angelina Afeafa Mensah holds a bachelor’s degree in Basic Education as well as Msc Management in Human Resource Strategy.
