Cape Coast Metropolitan
This Office is located in the same premises with the Lands Commission in the Central Region and headed by Jennifer Kyei Boatemaa.
The Metropolis is bounded to the south by the Gulf of Guinea, west by the Komenda -Edina -Eguafo- Abrem District, East by the Abura – Asebu- Kwamankese
District, and to the north by the Twifu Heman Lower Denkyira District. It occupies an Area of approximately 122 square kilometres, with the farthest point at Brabedze, about 17 kilometres from Cape Coast, the capital of the Metropolis as well as the Central Region.
The Office serves as a collection point for first-time rent payers from all the other Districts as part of land documentation process at the Lands Commission. The major source of revenue is ground rent.

Senya Breku District (Awutu Breku)
This District is located in Awutu Breku. It is bordered by the Awutu Senya East Municipal and Ga South Municipal to the east; Effutu Municipal and the Gulf of Guinea to the south; the West Akim Municipal to the north; Agona East and Birim South Districts to the north-west, Agona West Municipal to the west, and the Gomoa East District separating the southern of the District from the main land.
Currently the Office operates on lands within two main traditional areas, namely
Awutu Senya West /Awutu Traditional Council
Awutu Stool, Bawjiase Stool, Papaase I Stool, Kwame Wettey Stool, Loye Stool, Athintia Stool, Obrakyere Stool, Maakomeda Stool, Bosomabra Stool, Akrampa Stool,
Awutu Senya West District /Senya Traditional Council
which comprises the Senya Stool.
The Office is headed by Thomas Asare. The main source of revenue is ground rent.

Twifo Atti Morkwa District
The District Office is located in the capital, Twifo Praso with oversight responsibility over Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira lands excluding Hemang lands.
The District was formerly called Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District until 2012. It is bounded to the north by the Upper Denkyira East Municipal, to the South by the Hemang Lower Denkyira District, to the West by the Mpohor Wassa East District and to the East by the Assin North Municipal and Assin South District. It is a densely forested area with large acres of oil palm plantation such as the Twifo Oil Palm Plantation (TOPP), cocoa and an increase in rubber plantation recently.
The major land holding types are stool lands and alienation holders. The District operates within Bempongegya, Gyatokrom, Ayaasem Ayoobekrom, Nyarduam, Timtimhwe, Arhinkrom, Mirekukrom and its surrounding towns, all within the jurisdiction of Twifo Traditional Council and the Morkwaa Traditional Council.
The Office is headed by Patrick Adomako, assisted by Alex Kwaw Ackah.
The major source of revenue in the District is farm rent.

Upper Denkyira East & West Districts
The Office is located in Dunkwa-on-Offin. The District shares common boundaries with Adansi South in the North, Assin North Municipal in the East, Twifo Atti-Morkwa District in the South, Wassa Amenfi East in the West and Upper Denkyira West District in the North-West. The Upper Denkyira East Municipality covers a total land area of 501.94 square kilometres, which is about 5.19% of the total land area of the Central Region. It is a predominantly forest area with thriving farming and mining activities.
The Office oversees operations in Upper Denkyira West, Diaso which is also predominantly farming and mining area.
The operational areas are Dunkwa, Pokukrom, Bethlehem, Otengkrom, Addokrom, Ameyaw, Anwianwia, Asma camp, Pound, Denkyira Fosu, Asantefokrom, Shell, and Diaso, all within the jurisdiction of the Upper Denkyira Traditional Council. The Office is headed by Peter Mensah and assisted by Forster Agane. The main sources of revenue are ground rent, farm rent, concession rent and mining royalties from Perseus Mining Ghana Limited. The prevailing land holding type is stool lands.

Agona East & West Districts
The Agona Swedru Municipality is bordered to the North by Agona East, to the South by Gomoa East and to the Northwest and West by Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa and Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam Districts. The Office is located in the District capital, Swedru and also oversees operations in the Agona East District, Nsaba. Agona Swedru is predominantly a family land area with high residential land uses while a larger portion of Agona East is farmlands which are predominantly stool lands.
The Office operates within the jurisdiction of Nyankrom Traditional Council which includes towns like Nsusososo, Dwenho, Mantsemakabi, Otabirikrom, Aguabireso, Mangoase, Yaabem, Wawase, Nkubem, Nkubase, and Yawora Zongo.
The Office is headed by Stephen Aboagye. The main revenue source is ground rent.

Asikuma-Odobeng-Brakwa District
The District is located in the north-central portion of the Central Region of Ghana. It covers an area of 740 square kilometres.
The District is bordered on the north by Birim South District in the Eastern Region, on the south by Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District, on the west by Assin South District and on the east by Agona East District.
The Office is located at Bremang Asikuma headed by Ernest Owusu.
The Office operates within the Bremang and Ajumako Traditional Council. The operational towns are Asikuma, Kuntanase, Bedum, Anwhiam, Amoanda, Bedum Ayenasu. Ground rent is the main source of revenue. The District has a mix of stool lands, family lands and alienation holders.

Awutu Senya East District
The Office is located at Ashtown Junction, New Market – Kasoa. The Office overseas operation in some parts of Gomoa East (Nyanyano, Gomoa Fetteh and Budumburam)
The District is bordered by Ga South Municipal (Greater Accra Region) at the east, Awutu Senya West District at the north and Gomoa East District at the west and south respectively.
Stool lands dominate in Awutu Senya East while family lands are predominant in Gomoa East.
The Office operates on lands within the jurisdiction of the Awutu Traditional Council (Awutu Breku) and the Akyempim Traditional Council- Gomoa Assin.
The Office is headed by Surv. (Mrs) Susuana Yebuah and assisted by four other Officers. Ground rent is the main source of revenue.

Assin Fosu District
The Office is located in the capital of the Municipal Assembly, Assin Fosu.
The District is bordered by Twifo Atti Morkwa District on the west, Assin South District on the south, Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District and Ajumako Enyan Esiam District on the east, Upper Denkyira East Municipal on the north-west and Adansi South District on the north.
The major land holding type is stool lands with a small number of alienation holders in Assin North. The Traditional Councils are Apimanim, Assin Attandansu, and Owirinkyiman. The Office also has oversight over some parts of Assin North in areas like Assin Breku.
The Office is headed by Sophia Afedzie and assisted by Pamela Darkowaa Boakye.
The main sources of revenue are farm rent and ground rent.
