Dickson Kwame Agbogah (Esq) is a Lawyer and a Land Economist by profession.

Apart from taking care of legal matters that affect the Office, he is also the representative of the Office on the Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG) of the Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (Ghana EITI/GHEITI) of which OASL is responsible for subnational transfer of mineral revenues to the MMDAs and Traditional Authorities.

Before becoming a Legal Officer, Dickson was a Stool Lands Officer at the Greater Accra Regional Office and the Madina District Officer.

Dickson Agbogah has a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition, he holds a Barrister-at-Law (BL) Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
