The office of the Administrator of Stool Lands in its quest to expand its operations and deepen collaboration with its stakeholders (chiefs, traditional authorities, lessees and MMDAs), formally commissioned a new Regional Office on Wednesday, the 31st March, 2021 in the Ahafo Region. This is the first Regional Office to be created since the six new regions were created in 2019 bringing the total Operational regions of the OASL in the country to eight (8).
At the commissioning were the representative of the Regional Minister, Administrator of Stool Lands, Director of Operations, Chief Accountant, Chiefs and Queens in the region, representatives from the various MMDAs and staff of the region. The Regional Office being inaugurated today is also supported by 5 District Offices in Tano South and North, Kenyasi, Hwidiem, Kukuom and Goaso.
